Travel time charges for in-person mediations:
No charge for mediations in Lee, Collier, Charlotte, and Hendry Counties
For all other locations: one-half the applicable hourly rate per hour

Workers' Compensation mediations

$350.00 per hour

Personal injury and property damage disputes

$350.00 per hour for 2 parties (divided equally among parties)

$375.00 per hour for 3 parties (divided equally among parties)

$400.00 per hour for 4 parties (divided equally among parties)

Homeowner and Condo Association disputes

$300.00 per hour (divided between the parties)
